bhavanaKIDS serves yoga and mindfulness programming to young people and the adults in their lives. Built on the foundational tenets of traditional yoga practices and cutting edge mindfulness theory, our offerings expand education to include body awareness, compassion and tools for managing stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Our classes and workshops are taught by well trained Educators and can be crafted to meet the unique needs of your school or program.
